Privacy Policy

This policy describes how BiLD collects and uses information on the marketing website, including newsletter signup, contact requests, and site analytics.

Last updated: June 20, 2026

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to submit through the website, including your name, company name, email address, message content, and the audience segment selected when you request a demo or contact us.

If you join the mailing list, we collect your email address and related subscription metadata needed to manage newsletter delivery.

How we use that information

We use submitted information to:

  • respond to demo requests and general inquiries,
  • send newsletter or product update emails you requested,
  • understand which audience segment the inquiry relates to,
  • improve the structure, messaging, and performance of the site.

Analytics and cookies

This website may use Google Analytics to measure traffic, navigation patterns, campaign performance, and conversion behavior. Google Analytics can collect data such as pages viewed, referrers, device and browser details, approximate location, and identifiers stored in cookies or similar technologies.

If Google Analytics is enabled, that data is used to evaluate site performance and support future advertising and campaign analysis, including Google Ads-related reporting.

Analytics cookies are only enabled after you accept them through the site's cookie consent prompt. You can change that choice later through the cookie settings control on the site.

Form protection

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent spam and abusive form submissions. Turnstile processes technical request information and challenge-related signals to determine whether a submission is likely to be legitimate.

Third parties we use

The marketing site currently relies on third-party services including:

  • Mailchimp for newsletter subscription management,
  • Google Analytics for website analytics, when enabled,
  • Cloudflare Turnstile for spam prevention,
  • BiLD’s own API infrastructure for contact and lead storage.

Data retention

We retain submitted contact information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, manage commercial follow-up, maintain mailing list records, and keep business records required for operating the service.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails. You may also contact us through the website to request correction or deletion of information you have submitted, subject to our legal or operational record-keeping requirements.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as the marketing site, analytics tooling, or contact workflows change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
